Diploma Information
Candidates for graduation must complete a graduation application through Blue and Gold Connection to receive a diploma. They will be mailed to graduates approximately 6-8 weeks after the Commencement Ceremony. Diplomas will have the name as indicated in the TAMUK student information system and your degree. Note: For certain Colleges, the degree and major will be indicated on the diploma. Diplomas DO NOT include minors or concentrations. Minors are shown on the University official transcript.

To cancel your Application for Graduation you will need to fill out the . Your form will be processed in the order that it is received by the Office of the Registrar.

By submitting this form, you:
1. Will have canceled your graduation request for the semester indicated on the form.
2. Will not participate in the commencement ceremony.
3. Will have to re-apply for graduation by the posted deadline for the next desired commencement.
